At Acuworks, we use gentle Japanese needling techniques, which are virtually painless.  Shallow insertion, combined with needles so fine and flexible they can be tied in a knot, produces an extremely effective, comfortable, and safe experience for you.

Treatments include acupuncture on both the front of the body and the back. Moxa (stimulating acupoints with gentle heat) is a regular part of these treatments; cupping, Gua Sha (scraping) and Tui Na (acupressure massage) are used where indicated, at no extra cost.

 

You may also be prescribed ear beads, or press tacks, to provide ongoing support between visits.
